TUTORO Oiler kits are suitable for all motorcycles, from a Moped to a Super Bike.
There is a wide range of fitting accessories to complement your oiler kit.
For your convenience we have designed our ‘Deluxe Kits’ which includes the oiler kit, oil and a whole range of accessories – everything you could possible need and a substantial saving over buying each item separately too!
NO, absolutely not!! As the TUTORO Manual and Auto kits don’t need any connections to the motorcycles electrical or vacuum systems we can say with 100% certainty that fitting one will not invalidate your warranty.
The TUTORO Manual unit measures approx. 110mm long and 20mm in diameter. The reservoir capacity is approx 8ml.
The TUTORO Auto is approx 100mm long and 45mm in diameter. The reservoir capacity is approx 50ml.
In tests done using TUTORO Motorcycle chain oil with the unit set up to deliver the recommended 1 drop per minute, the Manual reservoir took 5 hours to empty and the Auto reservoir took 30 hours to empty.
Whilst we deliver to most locations, if your country does not appear in the address drop down box when you are placing your order, please contact us directly for a bespoke postage quote.
Orders are usually processed and dispatched the following working day. Our courier is Taq-Q-Bin & Singpost and for oversea order apart from Singapore, we will sent it out by UPS.
All SG orders over SGD100 will be sent via ‘Recorded Delivery’ and will need to be signed for on receipt.
All Overseas orders will be sent via ‘International Signed For Delivery’ and will need to be signed for on receipt. International customers will receive details of their UPS reference number so that they may track their parcel’s progress. Please remember that we have no control over how long your countries customs office will take to process your package.
Postage costs are based on each items weight and are as near to ‘cost’ as we can make it. Please remember that oil is heavy so if your kit contains oil, the costs will be elevated accordingly.

Singapore – Free Shipping for purchase above $100 and we have options for orders below $100.
We are a Ecommerce store but we have a few partners which we will be able to arrange for your purchases to be self collected in generally central & East of Singapore, however, please contact us first to make an appointment and we will process it accordingly.
PayPal is just our payment processing centre but you don’t need a PayPal account to purchase from our site. Simply check-out as a PayPal guest using your credit or debit card by clicking on the ‘Don’t have a PayPal account’ link when it comes to choosing your method of payment.
I’m afraid we are not currently set up to accept payments over the telephone. However, if you don’t wish to purchase online you can arrange of COD at any of our partners store. Contact us for more details.
Check carefully that you have installed the unit as per the instruction leaflet and that your problem can not be solved by following the simple tips outlined in the trouble shooting section of same leaflet.

If you are still not able to resolve your problem then please contact us immediately with a brief description. We may then ask you to send us some supporting photos so that we are able to assess the situation. It is our experience that most issues can be solved very easily and we will endeavour to deal with your problem as promptly as possible.
All our TUTORO oiler kits are covered by 12 month warranty from the date of purchase.
Please note that TUTORO Singapore accepts no responsibility for any damage incurred to either your oiler kit or your motorcycle through failure to follow the instruction leaflet and safety advice issued with your kit.
Should you need to claim under warranty we will require proof of purchase and also a photograph of your oiler kit in situ. Please contact us first for further instructions before returning a kit to us.
In most circumstances, yes. Please contact us with a brief description of the problem. We may then ask you to send some supporting photos and once we have assessed the damage we can then advise you on costs etc.
